Kathy Quinn
Kathy Quinn’s experience as an educator and executive recruiter, has prepared her well for her career in real estate. Prior to launching her career in Real Estate, Kathy worked as a Student Climate Specialist and a Social Studies Teacher in Danbury, Trumbull and Bridgeport. She also worked as an Executive Recruiter, where she was an award-winning, top producer in a company of 300 search consultants.
Not surprisingly, Kathy has a knack for zeroing-in on the short and long-term goals of her clients. She gets right to business, helping them prioritize their “must-haves” and “nice-to-haves.”
Spoken like someone who knows how to get a deal done, Kathy says that the best part of her job is “consulting with two parties and facilitating a successful resolution that satisfies their goals.” Kathy understands that buying or selling a home is a serious transaction, and a very personal one, for both parties. To negotiate best for her clients, Kathy considers the feelings of both the buyer and seller in order to present a compelling offer.
Kathy is honest, optimistic, outgoing, inquisitive, upbeat and approachable. She wants her clients to feel confident that she is always looking out for their best interest – so she takes the time to educate her clients throughout the process. Kathy cites Fowler and Company’s impeccable reputation as a key reason she decided to join the team. Kathy is someone who has always developed long term business relationships with clients. Her colleagues describe her as helpful, generous, funny and a team player.
Kathy and her husband, Charles, have one daughter, three sons, eight grandchildren and a dog named B.B. King! She and Charles are active cyclists who chose the Lordship area of Stratford for its neighborhood feel and safe roads. In the winter, Kathy enjoys playing tennis. In the summer, she plays golf several times each week. She is also an avid reader, cook and gardener!
"From the moment we met Kathy at an open house, we knew she had our best interest in mind. She asked us about our wants vs. true needs, and showing her integrity, told us on the spot that we could find something better suited to our family. As a young family living in another state, searching for our perfect family home was a daunting thought. Kathy alleviated any worries we had by quickly preparing a short list of options that were great matches, being completely flexible for multiple weekend showings, and ultimately, pushing us to see a place we likely wouldn't have, a place we're now proud to call home. We would highly recommend Kathy to friends and family as we now consider her to be a friend as well"
